
Windows 8 and 8.1 doesn't allow to install drivers without certificates due to which your adb device may not be found, which may be working good in windows 7 or lower versions.
To install the device drivers you need to disable the service to allow the drivers to install. Follow the steps to disable the service:

Step 3: In Recovery, click on Restart now |

Step 4: Select Troubleshoot |

Step 5: Select Advanced options |

Step 6: Click on Startup Settings |

Step 8: Now press 7 from the options to disable driver signature enforcement |
Now login to your system and enable USB debugging in your mobile. Connect your mobile and enter the flashboot recovery command in the flash-boot console.
