HCL ME L1114 Notebook has to be manually enabled some features to use the Horizontal and Vertical scrolling of pages. You can enable these features very easily following the steps given below in your Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 64-bit/32-bit Operating System.

Step 1: Select the touchpad settings from the hidden icons shortcut box

Step 2: Now Go to Finger Sensing pad, and click on Configure

The system may take few seconds to apply the enabled settings, you can also follow the same procedure the disable the functions to remove scrolling.
You can also enable the function to disable touch when a mouse is inserted or you are in typing mode by going to Enable/Disable Pad.

NOTE: You need to install the touch-pad drivers first on your windows 8 to get these options, if not installed please install from the HCL website or find the link from here.
